Axioraone is an informational platform focused on real estate crowdlending, that is, the participation of investors in residential developments and real estate projects located in Argentina.

4. Registration and newsletter
To subscribe to the newsletter you must provide truthful data. Axioraone may unsubscribe you if it detects misuse, fraud or inaccurate information.
5. Intellectual property
All contents, brands, logos, images and developments on the site are the property of Axioraone or of its legitimate owners. Their reproduction, distribution or exploitation without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
6. Liability
Axioraone does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the site nor is it responsible for damages resulting from its use or the impossibility of access, except in cases provided for by Argentine regulations.
7. Risks of real estate crowdlending
All investments involve risk, including the total or partial loss of the invested capital. Past returns do not guarantee future results. The investor declares to know and accept these risks.

Axioraone may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be effective from their publication on this site.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the legislation of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, expressly waiving any other forum or jurisdiction.
